Which one are you?
I run a crew (1099 subcontractor)
We sell the job and manage the customer. You paint it. Flat rate per job on most residential work; paid within 3-7 days after the customer signs off. Ideally crews of 3.
I want a W-2 job (crew lead/lead painter/production)
Join our core team in a key role. Strong solo painters: this is your path.

What's the difference between the two paths?
1099 is for crew owners who run their own crew as a subcontractor. W-2 is a job on our team (crew lead, lead painter, or production role).
I'm a solo painter. Which path?
We're not adding solo subcontractors right now. If you're a strong painter, choose the W-2 path and apply for Lead Painter.
Is there steady work?
We won't promise that. Work comes in waves. We keep crews busy when the work's there.
Where are the jobs?
Mostly Chagrin Falls, Solon, Hudson, Aurora, and Geauga County. [TBD: full service area]
